🆕 New / Not-Yet-Onboarded Enumerators
For enumerators who've joined but don't have a username yet. Set a usual work plan (manual entry, or "shadow" any onboarded enumerator from any group they worked alongside) and add day-specific overrides for dates they worked with someone different. They'll show up clearly flagged in their group's report, but their numbers are never added to the totals — until you click "Onboard" and give them a real username, after which their real uploaded data counts normally from the next report. Onboarding now saves the new mapping automatically. You can also set or change their usual partner right from the Dashboard table each day it's generated — leave "just this date" unchecked and it becomes their standing default going forward; check it to only affect that one date. Their full work history (numbers and who they worked with, every day) is kept permanently under 📜 Staff History above, even after onboarding or removal.

Use this when someone was left out of the enumerator mapping. With the full data files uploaded, this adds ONLY that person's numbers to each already-saved dashboard in the date range. Every other row, remark, status and total stays exactly as saved — if the person is already present on a date, that date is skipped untouched.

Rules: unreported days are ignored. Excused / Sick days are skipped (no penalty). Absent days are counted as 0 so poor attendance shows. Days with a 0 total whose status or remark mentions an ISSUE (e.g. LOGISTICS ISSUE) are excluded from the computation. Each staff target = daily target × the number of days actually counted for that staff.
